Fine Arts Update - Important! Fine Arts Information
Fine Arts is quickly approaching and we need to let you know about a few changes.
First, and most exciting is that State College Assembly of God will be the host church location for Sectionals which will be on Saturday, February 20, 2010. We need all of you to help us as hosts. Be quick to provide directions, information or offer assistance when you see someone wandering around with a blank look – in other words, we need you to be your usual friendly and charming selves! We want all of the other participants to feel welcome and taken care of in an amazing way!!
Remember that all Fine Arts entry forms need to be completed, signed (you and your parents) and turned in by Sunday, January 17th. Please attach your entry fee to the form as well. The fee is $25.00 for the first category plus $5.00 for each additional category entry. Checks should be made payable to State College Assembly of God with Fine Arts noted in the memo line.
Please read the Fine Arts rule book carefully to make sure that you are in compliance for the category that you are entering. Rule Books are located near the Teen Room entrance or you can email Laura Snider at las829@gmail.com. Note time limits, and other rules and regulations that will affect you! All written entries need to be typed per the instructions in the Rule Book along with a cover sheet and emailed to Laura Snider at las829@gmail.com. The deadline for all written entries is January 18, 2010.
